Family Time

I love my family, they are crazy at times but overall they are awesome! With three little brothers and a little sister, I am always on my toes ready to take responsibility as the oldest sibling. It's a tough world out there for us responsible people, trust me I know! But it is fun because I am the guinea pig in the family which means I get to push the parents to the limits and see what works :) just kidding! So yeah, that's my view as an old sibling :)

Bible College : Another Step

I was so excited to move to Bible College and begin the next chapter in my life. The drive up was long and it felt like I was abandoning my family forever. Of course this was an unrealistic thought because I was just leaving for a little while, I would be back soon enough. Despite the tears shed when my parents left, I knew that God had a plan and I would have to trust Him to guide me while my parents couldn't. I cannot say that being on your own is not scary because it is. Many times during the first semester I felt like I was going to make the wrong decision about something and somehow ruin my life. God is good, He will always make the right decisions clear and most of the time in my life He has used other people to do so. I am completely committed to being teachable and I am willing to let God take control and lead me into the next semester.
